Well, indeed... though I wouldn't describe it as pretty well, I would go with:
<<YOU RULE YO FOCKIN' SCHOOL!!!>>.And Gainax?Cause the armor studies etc. are no easy thing mate and you make it look convincing enough to look like one of them made it, plus it's your own aspects and studies of it!I can't give enough praise really.But coming back to the face issue, don't go all gloomy about it, it's just my opinion (also this not being modesty you are in general a superior artist and you are only 16...you still got many years to polish what is already perfect )so you don't really have to listen to any of it.But it kind of looks like you didn't give to much effort to the faces.If I must be an asshole and give an example it kind of reminds me of that megatokyo thing which I'm not really proud of (sorry if you are...I do think it is the crappiest thing ever).Y'know the kind of thing that looks unbalanced, where one eye is placed lower than the other or the the face's too pointy or has no point at all in a very western -cartoony -totally spies -manga would if I could manner.I feel this is not your true potential in faces cause you really can't have reached this caliber and trip at the easiest part!I mean like I said yesterday I consider" Phoenix Gundam Ver.2 Mechanics" and "See me for what I am" to be right at the top with the rest of your work and ones like"Tomo and Paige once again"and "Myrianna Usagi" just not there.

Well... the thing is that I've got so many conflicting styles in my head that they are all trying to assert themselves at once so there are bound to be weirdness along the way.
In the meantime, despite this, I thought I was doing pretty well.

...incredible!!!Did you ever send anything to gainax ?If not then do so I bet they will respond to it!(...OK maybe not but you should anyways you never know
).And now a bitchy comment .While your mechs are already way past the point of professional work(at the age of 16 too) ...how come your manga faces (because the bodies are also correct) kind of... lack skill!This is supposed to be the easy part about drawing manga right?And I ain't talking chibi here(cause they rock too).I mean faces in general.Funniest thing though is at that "see me for what I am"sketch you nail it 100%!!!
I hope you don't misunderstand the comment but I suppose someone of your skill pretty much knows his own potential.Best of wishes for your future!
