I did the Battle scarring and fine detail all by hand and from scratch. The metal frame exposed on the left (right side for you) of it's chest was made from a paper-clip... That is resourcefulness right there. Like some of the other photos I've submitted recently, this is not current and consequently the model looks a lot better than it does here.

Enjoy. :)

I'm pretty sure it can still operate even in this state, although the pilot is more vulnerable now

Sorry to say, I don't believe you did this yourself.

You can buy battle scarred Gundam.

Why don't you believe that I could take a soldering iron and cut up a piece of plastic and poke paper clips in it like MacGuyver? I will upload what it looks like now if you like, or more of my Gunpla I've done since.

You can doubt me all you want. It doesn't make either of us right.

It looked like it went through platoons of Gelgoogs, Rick Doms, Zakus, and even the Zeong. But in the end, only Gundam remained standing.

I think that I would consider it nonfunctional at this point.

I really only imagined that it would be this damaged after a single battle, as the level of damage will hinder performance...

Nah, it's just a mecha flesh wound. He'll be fine. Just patch it with duct tape and send him back out.

Amuro: But half the left shoulder and chest area is missing...

PATCH IT WITH DUCT TAPE! >/

It looks better nowadays (that is to say; worse, if you catch my meaning)
